We’ve also expanded regulatory coverage with support for the VSME and LSME reporting frameworks, alongside improvements that make collaboration with suppliers and partners more seamless.
Dashboards and AI-Powered Insights
This release introduces new dashboards and AI-powered insights to help you better understand your compliance data.
New dashboard widgets, available from both the Home page and Data Hub, provide an instant overview of value chain coverage, requirement distribution, response rates, and overall compliance progress. Whether you need a quick status update or a deeper view into your programme, the dashboards make it easier to identify trends, gaps, and areas that require attention.
When you need additional context, Regweaver can now generate AI-powered insights directly from your Data Hub data. With a single request, the platform analyses collected compliance information and provides a structured summary of your current position — highlighting strengths, potential risks, and areas where additional information may be needed.
Together, these capabilities make it easier to monitor compliance performance, understand what your data is telling you, and focus on the actions that matter most.
New Regulatory Frameworks: VSME and LSME
Regweaver now supports both the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME) and the Listed SME Standard (LSME).
Organisations can assess, collect, and manage compliance data against these frameworks directly within the platform, helping sustainability and compliance teams prepare for evolving reporting expectations while maintaining consistency across broader regulatory programmes.
Organise Your Value Chain with Tags
You can now assign tags to companies in your value chain, making it easier to organise, filter, and manage suppliers and partners.
Tags can be used to group companies by geography, risk level, business unit, supplier category, or any other criteria relevant to your organisation. Because tags are linked to the company itself, they remain consistent wherever that company appears across your value chains.
Branded Invitation Emails
Supplier and partner invitations now include professionally designed branded emails.
The updated experience provides clearer messaging, stronger calls to action, and a more polished first impression for the organisations you invite to collaborate through Regweaver.
Workstream Improvements
We’ve made Workstreams easier to understand and manage.
Role management has been simplified, making it clearer who can configure a workstream and who participates within it. We’ve also introduced contextual guidance throughout the experience to help users understand what they are seeing and what actions to take next.
Contract Deadlines with Time Zone Support
Contract deadlines now include full time zone information.
For organisations operating across multiple regions, this removes ambiguity around due dates and ensures contract timelines are communicated consistently, regardless of location.
Stability and Reliability Improvements
This release also includes a range of platform improvements and bug fixes, including enhancements to value chain visibility, provider onboarding, invitation and contract workflows, audit logging, and overall user experience.
